Just take a look at the striking compact lines over the Macan exterior.  I think this takes the cake for best looking compact sports SUV.  It looks better balanced than the larger Porsche Cayenne, and the muscular front of the Porsche Macan Turbo boasts side airblades for the distinctive large cooling air intakes.  Sitting on wide rubber with sexy 19-inch rims, you just know that people’s attention will be drawn your way when you do a low flying pass close by the side walk.  While incorporating muscular lines into the design brief of the Porsche Macan Turbo, Porsche have also given the sporty small SUV a pretty face.  The front spoiler lip is, in fact, similar to the design used in the gorgeous new Porsche 918 Spyder.  Exterior detailing envelopes high-end features like crisp Bi-Xenon headlights, direction indicators, quad exhausts, side skirts and position lights that appear to float inside the side air-intake space.

A very complete small SUV, the Porsche Macan Turbo has some huge driving enthusiast appeal.  Cornering in a Mecan Turbo is like going round corners on rail.  The Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) is a system that controls wheel spin and allocates traction to the wheels that have most.  If you have a need for speed, the Macan Turbo is the quickest of the Macan family.  In true Porsche style, the Macan Turbo can get up and eclipse the 0-100 km/h dash in a breath taking 4.8 seconds.  If allowed, this little pony can gallop on to 266 km/h like a proper thoroughbred sports car.  Where the smiles really flow is in everyday life, where the Macan Turbo leaves slower moving traffic behind with ease.  From as low as 1350 rpm the full 550 Nm of torque is on tap.  The six-cylinder 3.6-litre engine loves the fast lane, and so will you!  Porsche have uprated the brakes in the Mecan Turbo to cope with the extra performance, so when the need arises to stop the pony galloping, stomping on the brake pedal will really have the Macan Turbo biting the bitumen and bringing you to a halt in no time at all.

Being an AWD compact SUV, the Porsche Mecan Turbo is great for a romp across a paddock, however you wouldn’t take this special vehicle bush bashing.  The question of “How much space will the luggage compartment take?” is revealed at the opening of the tailgate, where a useful 500 litres swallows cargo with the rear seats up.  Set the rear seats down flat, and the cargo volume is a massive 1500 litres.  A beautiful leather interior package makes the Macan Turbo experience very special indeed, and the model comes with super comfy adaptive Sports seats.  A Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system is standard that displays its features on a very high quality large touchscreen.  Music can be enjoyed by all occupants on the BOSE surround sound system with no less than 545 Watts of crystal clear sound pumping from 14 loudspeakers that include a subwoofer.
