The inside of the Yaris is stylish and well appointed, with tilt steering, a choice of audios systems that include MP3/WMA playback capability with an auxiliary audio jack and LCD display screen. Other features of the Yaris are power door locks, windows, 4-way adjustable front seats, heavy duty electric rear window defroster, remote keyless entry, cup holders and a 60/40 split fold-down rear bench seat.

Safety features include front and side, driver and passenger airbags, rear side curtain airbags, 3-point seatbelts for all passengers, daytime running lights will on/off feature, side-impact door beams, energy absorbing steering column and engine anti-theft immobilizer. There are also child -protection rear door locks and a child restraint system with lower anchors and top tether anchors.
