    I agree that to go over the speed limiy slightly on freeways and or main highways whne it is safe to do so should be acceptable, but always drive safely and be alert at all times. However in Perth fixed cameras are installed on a lot of freeways and for no other purpose other than to raise revenue.

    Suggestion 2 – Keep up with the traffic. The hint suugests that ‘Traffic studies around the world ….. leading to traffic becoming “stationery” ‘. Does this mean that the traffic congestion that results is on paper?
