Private Fleet is an Australian privately owned and operated company that has been servicing the automotive needs of both businesses and private individuals since 1999. Working primarily from an office in Chatswood NSW and a satellite office in Newcastle NSW, Private Fleet comprises of forty six full time office employees, six mobile consultants and an array of support staff working on part-time and casual bases.
We buy more cars than any other car buying service and have more back-end support and administration than any other company in this field. That means, more buying power and better service for you! We have been endorsed by the NRMA, Australia's peak motoring body, since 2005 and have assisted over 25,000 Australians with their new vehicle purchases.
Backgrounds of the principle staff members range from automotive (naturally!) to finance and customer service (note - we're currently hiring). By processing the requests of several thousand prospective clients on a monthly basis in an efficient manner, overheads are kept low, clients and dealers save time, volume is increased and ultimately the aim of a purchasing house is achieved - prices are slashed.
Private Fleet makes use of just over 1,000 affiliated dealers Australia-wide to receive and respond to tenders, to value trade-in vehicles on Private Fleet's behalf, and if successful in the tender, to deliver the vehicles. All of these dealers have been carefully vetted for competitive pricing and service that is second to none. Thanks to our partnership with several of the country's leading financial institutions and credit unions, we are able to assist with finance and insurance including novated lease services.
